Davis Community Church

Davis Community Church (DCC) is a Presbyterian ministry affiliated with CA House and located in one of the oldest standing structures of Davis, occupying the block bordered by C, D, 4th and 5th Streets. The Davis Community Church Nursery School is also housed here. Grace House is also on this block. During the week Davis Community Church serves a Sack Snack to needy community members from their office.

Short Term Emergency Aid Committee (STEAC) (Shelter)

STEAC is a non-profit volunteer-oriented organization whose purpose is to provide immediate, short-term emergency assistance with basic necessities to Yolo County families and individuals whose incomes are at or below the poverty level. STEAC will provide low income Yolo County residents with enough free food for three meals a day for five days and also coordinates a holiday program that includes ingredients for a full turkey meal and gifts for all family members.
