The Expo features more than 40 exhibitors showcasing products, services and information related to exercise, wellness, safety, nutrition, long term care and assisted living options. Free flu shots, sponsored by Hoag Hospital, begin at 9 a.m. for adults age 50 and older, while supplies last.
