Join us in telling Legislators: Patients First!

The state’s proposed budget cuts would provide millions less in state and federal-matching funds to doctors, hospitals, outpatient treatment centers and ultimately to all of us who depend on Medi-Cal for our healthcare needs.

Nearly 7 million of California’s most vulnerable populations – including children, senior citizens and the disabled – will be impacted by these drastic cuts.

Californians for Patient Care is working to ensure the voices of patients are heard in Sacramento. Our leaders need to realize the health of millions is in their hands. They need to understand the consequences behind cutting such critical funding goes beyond increased crowding in already overburdened emergency rooms and the loss of providers in low-income communities. These cuts will seriously impact the lives of thousands of families who depend on Medi-Cal to meet their healthcare needs.

Stand with CPC and say “NO” to budget cuts that will drastically impact the state’s most vulnerable populations: our children, the uninsured, underinsured and the disabled.
